These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses, programs, digital content, workshops and services offered through this website.By purchasing or enrolling in any course or program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Course Purchase & Payment
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a different payment option is specifically offered on the website.By completing the payment, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All course purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the payment has been successfully completed and course access has been provided.No refund, cancellation or exchange will be provided due to change of mind, non-usage of the course, lack of time, personal circumstances or failure to complete the course within the validity period.Please review the course details, inclusions, fees and validity period carefully before making your purchase.
3. Course Validity
Unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the course page, the course access will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase/enrollment.After the completion of the 6-month validity period, access to the course and related materials may expire automatically.Extension or reactivation of course access, if available, may be provided at the applicable charges and conditions.
4. Personal Use Only
Course content is provided for the personal use of the registered participant only.You may not share, transfer, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, rent, sublicense or commercially use any course content without prior written permission.This includes, but is not limited to: Course videos, Audio recordings, PDFs, Worksheets, E-books, Guided practices, Meditation recordings, Course notes, Exercises and activities and Other digital materials provided as part of the course
5. Account & Login Sharing
Course access is intended for the individual who purchased the course.Sharing your login credentials, account or course access with another person is not permitted.If unauthorized sharing or misuse of course access is identified, access to the course may be suspended or terminated without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, audios, worksheets, written materials, graphics, logos, branding, methods, presentations and other materials provided by Purva Sandbhor (Emotional Healing Coach) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The purchase of a course gives you a personal, limited and non-transferable right to access and use the course content for your own personal learning. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
7. Emotional Healing Disclaimer
The courses and practices offered through this website, including EFT, Ho'oponopono, Gratitude practices, meditation, journaling and other emotional wellness practices, are provided for educational, personal development, self-awareness and general emotional wellness purposes.These courses are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional healthcare, diagnosis or treatment.No diagnosis or treatment of any medical or mental health condition is provided through these courses.If you are experiencing a serious mental health concern, medical condition, emotional crisis or emergency, please seek appropriate help from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.

By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing while participating in the course and using the practices provided.If any practice causes you significant discomfort or distress, you should stop the practice and seek appropriate professional support where necessary.

We reserve the right to modify, update, add or remove course content, modules, worksheets, practices or other materials from time to time.Such updates or modifications will not create an entitlement to a refund.
11. Technical Issues
Access to online courses may depend on internet connectivity, compatible devices, software, browsers or third-party platforms.We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, device problems or third-party technical issues.Reasonable assistance may be provided for technical issues related to the course platform where possible.

Course enrollment does not automatically include unlimited personal coaching, counselling, therapy or one-to-one support unless specifically stated in the course description.Any separate 1:1 coaching or consultation service will be subject to its own fees, terms and availability.
13. Misuse & Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate course access if a participant: Shares course access or login credentials; Copies or distributes course materials without permission; Records or reproduces course sessions without permission; Resells or commercially uses course materials; Engages in unauthorized use of the website or course content; or Violates these Terms & Conditions.
In such cases account access will be terminated.
